how can i find my own email adress?

i got my dads old labtob but he forgot his email adress how do i find it thnks alot

I have trouble believing you ... it sounds to me like you have a STOLEN PC and you are asking our help to figure out stuff on it ... I mean who forgets their address?



I am assuming that the Operating System on the computer is some variation of Windows



Use the Start Menu to find what e-mail software is on the computer, and which is being used (has e-mails in there)



Look at the documentation for that software to see how to access the headers of the e-mail, then do a search for your Dad's name (the way he uses his name in e-mail) to see the e-mail address that is associated with that name.

I know my email address I want to know if my computer uses outlook or what ever else, I am new at computers ,(67yrs old) and keep getting default mail client is not properly installed and I need to email this company with a problem I'm having

Can't he give someone a call who emails him regularly? They'll have it on their computer.
