Casey Anthony Verdict?

I am currently writing a speech that talks about the verdict of the Casey Anthony trial. For this speech I am supposed to ask my a few people five questions before I write my speech regarding what it is they know about the verdict/trial. Then I am to shape my speech off of what they answered their questions. However, I am having difficulties as to what to ask for my questions. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can ask so it will help me easily shape my essay? Thanks

1) if they never figured out what the cause of death was, can they be sure that Caylee was murdered?

2) If the jury in the 1st Amanda Knox trial was sequestered ,as was the Casey jury, and was not influenced by all the lies about Amanda that were in the Italian press. Would Amanda have been convicted in the 1st trial?

3) Did the prosecution lose the case because they were incompetent?

4) Did you think Jack Asston and Linda Drain Yurdick blew the case?

5) If you killed YOUR child, would you just put the body in a garbage bag and toss it in a rubbish heap that was near your house, or would YOU take her to another state and bury her deep in the forest where nobody would ever find her?
