Thank you. It certainly is distressing to see how many Isreali civilians have died in the last eight years.

As you seem to have access to a good source of information, could you also please post for us the names and a short description of the Palestinians who have been killed in this conflict since 2000?

[EDIT]

So there is not even one confirmed Palestinian death in eight years and all those pictures we see are fakes where the supposed victim walks away once the camera is turned off?

[EDIT2]

Not prepared to even name a single dead child killed by Israel. Is your heart with these people too - if they are not Israeli?

I have been asking the same question, DarkAl, but you know the media never gave the same coverage to the Israeli victims as it is now giving to the Palestinians. People need to see these lists and never forget. If the rest of the world was as outraged with your and Paperback Writer's list as they are with the Palestinian casualties, may someone could have put a stop to this terrorism earlier. Someone should have protested Hamas a long time ago and stopped this before it had to escalate. There should be no question as to why Israel must defend and retaliate. What is happening is also NOT taking the Palestinians by surprise, they know they are in a war and Israel keeps warning them to flee areas under attack.

I would also like to know if those who sympathize with the Palestinian casualties also sympathize with the 20-50 Palestinian women and daughters who are murdered violently each year by their husbands and fathers in "honor killings." Most women live in terror every day of their lives in that culture. The world should be more outraged by innocent civilians being murdered by their own family members than people dying as casualties in wars, people do die in wars, that is a given, and yes-civilians can not expect to be exempt in wartime but to not be safe among their own family members?

Of course they weren't.

And as to Dumdum feeling sorry for Israelis who are truly just innocent civilians, not the armed militant illegal Jewish settlers, where are they recently in Gaza, or the IDF until the current, overdue campaign?

And before anybody asks if I'm part of a cyber-gang, No, I post on my own initiative.

Wow- I have been looking for a list like this for a long time.

The world had gone cpompletely mad. People seem to support blibdly whoever posts pictures of dead bodies. Where is the mind? All wars are bad, and as Roosevelt said once “in war there are no winners”, but geez- support those who celebrate the death of thousands of people loosing their lifes (9/11), support mothers who bless their children to suicide and take to the other world ad many innocent people as possible? Support the nation, whose leader, Yasser Arafat announced that until the last Jew the war is not over? Support them?

“A rare genetic disfunction” – I read this quote from somewhere – describes well the situation.

In relation to sabra and shatila:

DarkAL you cant deny Ariel Sharon's role in those massacres:

http://www.palestinefacts.org/pf_1967to1991_sabra_shatila.php

This is a paragraph from the web site:

"On September 16, 1982 the Lebanese Christian Phalangist militia entered the Beruit refugee camps called Sabra and Shatila. Their mission was authorized by the Israeli IDF, under the command of Defense Minister Ariel Sharon, that held the territory around Beruit at that point in time as a result of the June 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon."

Sorry to say they don't care, they feel Palestinian lives are more important then a Jewish life. They don't see the carnage of what their suicide boomers have caused and why this war is being raged right now.

Your terrorist and my terrorist are different people, Your terrorist is the guy fighting for his basic human rights and for the land stolen from him, My terrorist is the guy who has stolen the land and wants to exterminate the people of that land to prevent him regaining it. Can I Justify the actions of the PA ? yes.
2009-01-13 01:52:44 UTC
Just because this guy copy and pasted some information from Wikipedia, all of you turned arround against those poor innocent people and children?

If you look at what he has posted for you don't see death of any cvilian or children expect that he mensioned that where he said that 10 people were killed or the higest are 60 which i saw the rest are soliders which i asume. Soliders are human beings too i feel for thier families too but look @ their number just 1 or 2.

i am sure u very well know the number of deaths in Gaza upto today. which is 900 killed and 4100+ injured.

i am only talking about this war

and you can easily look into the history of how many lives these Israelies have Wiped away not only in Gaza but also in Iraq and Somalia and other places.

Does all these people in your list = 1/1000 of the Palestinian civilians killed?

If the civilian Palestinians killed in the current war reached 900 (Including 400 children) and 4000 injured, can you mention the names of those 5000 that would be for 2009, besides the victims of the past 60 years???

The chart in the suicide terrors in 2000 says : no deaths

and YOU provide several names of dead.

Could you please solve my wonder ,and then I ll tell you about my sympathy to those people

@Still, I didnt get what do you mean, maybe I cannot understand since English is not my native language.

Thats not the point ,but I ll answer.

I sympathise whenever there is loss, even if it is an Israeli or Palestinians or whatever.

Most of all , i sympathise when a kid gets harmed, this mean being dead or wounded.

If you want to take it from the start.Since Israel did what has done (take Palestinian land, blockading the Gaza borders, agree to a ceasefire with the condition of lifting the blockade but never lift this, etc) I do accept why Palestinians have reacted.

I dont agree with violence,of any form,I just accept the reason of attacking.

Probably they realize that this is the more effective way to get their demandings, who knows....

I hear many Israel supporters saying that "war is hell" and innocent civilians dying is to be expected. I notice that most of the people on the lists are IDF, so isn't that to be expected in "war?" At least these are ones who are trained and armed--not children and other regular civlians who can't defend themselves. The Israelis who are truly just innocent civilians, I feel sorry for--not the armed militant illegal Jewish settlers and the IDF (which often means kill or be killed).

Just to try and help out a bit; to those arguing that only IDF are killed by Hamas, please learn to read. Over 75% of those killed by Hamas are CIVILIANS.

And it's bizarre that some people feel that Israeli soldiers somehow don't count when murdered by terrorists. These soldiers are 18 and 19 yr olds - they are not in disputed territories - they are in ISRAEL where they are ENTITLED to be, legally.

Here are *some* CIVILIAN victims of Palestinian terrorism:

July 22, 2008: Sixteen people were wounded when a man drove a bulldozer into a bus and four other vehicles in central Jerusalem. The attack was an attempted copycat of an earlier attack on Jerusalem’s Jaffa Road on July 2, 2008. T

January 24, 2008: Rami Zoari, 20, from Beersheba, was killed and another female officer was seriously wounded after terrorists approached the entrance to Shuafat refugee camp in northern Jerusalem and opened fire on a group of Israelis. The Battalions of Struggle and Return, a previously anonymous offshoot of Fatah's Al Aksa Martyrs' Brigades, claimed responsibility for the attack.

December 28, 2007: Two Israelis were killed by Palestinian terrorists while hiking outside of Hebron. A third hiker managed to escape.

January 29, 2007: Three people were killed in a suicide bombing in a bakery in Eilat, the first suicide bombing in the city. Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the attack.

June 25, 2006: Eliahu Asheri, 18, of Itamar, was kidnapped by Palestinian terrorists from the Popular Resistance Committees while hitchhiking from Betar Illit, southwest of Bethlehem, to Neveh Tzuf, where he was studying. His body was found on June 29 in Ramallah. Israeli Authorities believe Asheri was murdered by his captors shortly after his kidnapping.

April 17, 2006: Nine people were killed and at least 40 wounded in a suicide bombing near the old central bus station in Tel Aviv. The blast ripped through Falafel Rosh Ha'ir, the same restaurant that was hit by an attack on January 19. The Islamic Jihad and Fatah’s Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades both claimed responsibility for the attack.

The HAMAS led PA government defended the suicide bombing, calling it an act of "self-defense." Hamas official spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri called the attack "a natural result of the continued Israeli crimes against our people".

The two suicide bombers used a very large explosive device to blast through a defensive wall that separates the Israeli and Palestinian sides at the crossing. Following the blast, the bombers crossed into the Israeli side, carrying explosives on their bodies, which they detonated. HAMAS and the Fatah al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades claimed joint responsiblity for the attack.
