Question:
Do you believe that everyone has a code of conduct that rules their behaviour, even if its bad?

Somehow, this astounds me...how people who can send children as suicide bombers speak of a "code of conduct" baffles...

The Taliban has released a new "code of conduct" for fighters in the field, listing what is acceptable behavior and what is not. The following are CNN translations of excerpts from the code.

(CNN) -- Chapter 1: SecurityAny Muslim can invite anyone working for the slave government in Kabul to quit their job and remove themselves from the corrupt administration.

Chapter 2: PrisonersIt is strictly prohibited to exchange prisoners for money. Killing can only be decided by the Imam or his deputy. Noone else has the right to do so.If a military infidel is captured, any decision to kill, conditionally release or exchange such a prisoner can only be made by the Imam or his deputy.

Chapter 7: On the MujahideenSuicide attacks should be at high value and important targets because a brave son of Islam should not be used for low value and useless targets. In suicide attacks the killing of innocent people and damage to their property should be minimized.

Chapter 10: Regional IssuesAll Mujahideen must do their best to avoid civilian deaths and injuries and damage to civilian property.

Chapter 11: Regarding prohibited thingsWeapons used to be taken from people by force, this practice is no longer permitted. But people may hand over their weapons voluntarily. No Mujahid is allowed to smoke.Any male who has not yet grown a beard may not stay in a common sleeping area with other men.
It is forbidden to disfigure people. For example the cutting off of ears, nose and lips are severely prohibited. Mujahideen should refrain from such activities.
Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate should not collect donations from people forcibly. People should be free to choose who they want to give to.
Mujahideen should not search people's homes. If there is a need to do this, they should get permission from authority and the search should be done in the presence of the imam of the local mosque and two elders.

Chapter 12Mujahideen must be well behaved, and treat the people properly, in order to get closer to the hearts of civilian Muslims

What rule of conduct?

Like kicking the butts of their own community elders?

Who had to work hard, scrimp and save till old age as senior citizen only then were able to make a pilgrimage trip to the Holy land as one in a life time opportunity in paying homage to past ancestors before leaving with time?

Upon their return in having the rights in putting on a white skull cap as the wise one which some could not even make it in time.

Look what is glaring under the sun, moon and stars even on cloudy and rainy days too on who is making a mockery out of their community elders with life styles of the rich and famous in making a mockery out of their pilgrimage trip in their youth without having to work hard, scrimp and save till old age as senior citizen in having white empty skeleton of skull and bone with two empty eye sockets as majority in control with unruly behaviour, self prides, self rudeness, self image of standing idol of white skull with spade on their shoulder in messing up and digging up someone else graveyards when they were children of tribe of different community who is not even an Arab who also do not even know how to communicate in Arabic as their "Mother's tongue" when they were suppose to be the so-called non-existence rights of original descendant, self discrimination as people of different races of self racism with self lack of knowledge and total loss of IQ in making a mockery of the pilgrimage trip to the Holy land being an educated idiots in kicking the butts of their own community elders in their youth and not as senior citizen in time.

Seems like we are Obey Rules of Private Capitalism to the Rules of Public Socialism I wonder If America Obey No Rules like Anarchy have People Condemn Peace and Use Acts of violence like the Rest of the world, I will be the Happiest If People took that Kind of Stand, but maybe the Problem is If they Damaged Property and Attacked People that will mean That they are Hurting the Causes No matter what their Opinions Might be suppose Activism ain't breaking the Law so we we're told.

Until you posted this and as regards to Taliban, I was under impression they would stop at nothing and anything goes.

However, I guess their new 'code of conduct' is designed to win the support of the local population. And to be honest with you, if they genuinely follow it, then I can certainly say it is something we should be concerned about, because it will certainly have an impact on the opinion of the moderate locals.

Yes, evolution constructs people's minds differently, the so called "hard wiring". Evolution also constructs people's bodies differently into "racial groups" or subdivisions in the human race. These differences are due to the well known Darwinian theory of "Natural Selection"

Natural Selection made me white and others black, some tall some short, we are not "all the same" mentally or physically, despite political strategy trying to say otherwise.

There are people of all races and creed that break the law and others who live strictly by the rules of society. However, the rules and laws can be so different in a mixed society and then compromises have to be made if we are to live in harmony. If anyone breaks the laws of our country but want to live here then they should abide by the laws and rules of the United KIngdom.

It is about time moderate muslims spoke out loudly against the lunatics amongst them. They are turning the rest of the world against them by the ominous quietness.

The majority of terrorist attacks break the code of Ch 10 - it's usually their modus operandi for getting attention.

A scorpion will always be a scorpion, there's no use trying to set limits to it's scorpion tactics.

Codes of conduct,'Good' or 'Bad',are means of control of the masses, and are used to justify despicable acts in the name of who or whatever!

Im sick to death of Muslims ........thats right, I said it.

Im sick of them highjacking an agenda of which I have no interest. Their victim card that they keep playing makes me sick. They should either grow up or go back to to living in their caves and let the rest of us live like normal people.
