URGENT, anyone else received this message from Yahoo?

I had just given an answer to another user's question of:
"Should Muslim Mosques be Monitored?"

and as it's my habit to copy and paste most--if not all--my Yahoo questions and answers, when I hit SENT, I got the above message from Yahoo.

I tried at least three times more, including after changing the title to the email; instead of writing "Should Muslim Mosques be Monitored?" I wrote something totally different. Still the email could not be SENT and I got same message.

Anyone knows what's going on?

All other emails with Yahoo q's and a's I was able to SEND perfectly okay after that.

I have been getting these day-to-day and have received concerning the identical quantity. This rip-off is from sth sfrica and they have got made hundreds of thousands with humans sending cash to assert their winnings as an "admin price". The only technique to discontinue is report them and also a fairly good spam blocker.
