Why isn't more made of the fact that the majority of the Islamists who've attacked France of late are of Algerian decent?

I think this is quite significant because it better explains why there are so few attacks elsewhere, clearly it is not so easy to recruit people willing to carry out such attacks but obviously there is bad blood between France and Algerians as they were at war during the 60's and a few massacres were committed.

The reason for this is that Algeria was a French Colony and many Algerians after their war of Independence were allowed into France. But there is also a connection with Belgium which has such a large Muslim population that they can become the first Islamic State in Europe if their numbers keep increasing in proportion to the original population who have a lower birthrate than the Muslims do.
