Is Google in the courts for spying on its customers?

I have been hearing gossip that Google and Android are in court for looking at private data on people's phones and I would like to know if this is true. Or is some other company starting a lie to make Google look bad because Android is doing very well on the cell phone market??

Not yet but there is a strong likelihood they will be they are certainly going to pay a heavy fine for what they have been up to.
