Its a serious security breach. But even I would have thought carefully before I had done anything like than near a public road. I am the type who always closes my curtains.!

The royal protection team protect the Royal Family. These photos were taken by a long distance lens and Kate was sunbathing on private property. The majority of the Press respect the couples privacy but some chancer struck lucky and the rest is history.

Zac >> get your facts right. Jimi Hendrix died September 18th 1970 so his music was not playing all the time in 1973 and certainly not all through the 70's!!!

He doesn't need to, she's a modern woman who can speak up for herself and not need the back-up of her husband - or the Palace staff.

Michael, she was at least 900 yards away from the road - the photographer used a massive lens and quite honestly what you do behind closed curtains matters not a jot unlike The Duchess and her family but you too would be furious if your privacy had been invaded in this way.

Hey Mojo - got your dates wrong again or just had another birthday?

If you were 16 in '73 then you were born in '57 - right? - Doesn't that make you 55 and not 54 or 42 as you said earlier?

LOL! he's changed the avatar from a woman to the sun seeker young male - he's 54, that bod isn't - excuse me but ??? hrrmph?? quite!

There is a team who work to protect the royal family...it is not just Williams role.

Helen .....absolutely right. but remember he was married to Miss GB so must have been of interest to the media......

And funny thing joeke was obsessed by Diana a couple of weeks ago...even changed her name to Al-Fayed...lol.....now he accuses other Brits of being interested in the royal family......newsflash joeke ....the public have always been interested, for hundreds of years.....read your horrible histories more carefully.

Both William and Kate had every right to expect that they could not be seen or photographed when on that holiday.

Very sad that these photo were published let alone taken.

Both publications printed these photos to show their hatred of the UK.

What is all this sh!t about royals and nudity all of a sudden? Does anyone really care or are they all joking when they say they do?

*EDIT* - I'm not a royal hater and can imagine they are annoyed... But for f**ks sake- Is it important enough to either bother a mention on the news? (or that french mag nobody had heared of before yesterday)

nicely... by potential of now there has been adequate limelight on the royal kin for Kate to appreciate what she's getting herself into. If she does bypass forward with this she of course feels she would be in a position to regulate the pressures herself.

Zak your mums downfall was first giving birth to you, then not getting you help when you were caught watching women from the bushes aged 12.
