Why is it liberals always claim every social issue is somehow tied to racism? War, economy, education, health care, etc always seem to be related to racism in the liberal mind. Why?

It is easy to use the idea of racism to generate interest in an issue. There are many minorities who already believe that America is racist country so they will jump at the chance to agree with those allegations.
In addition, being a racist is one of the hardest charges to refute as the more a person protests against the allegation and the more examples they give of how they are NOT racist, the more likely those who believe in racist conspiracies will be to think that person is just trying to cover up their racism.
The bottom line is that racism is a very successful tool that can be used to sway a situation in their favor so they are going to pull it out every chance they get.
