Why do people do things..such as invade a person's home , and shoot them if dont give them things?

what causes people to turn out this way? what their thinking is like? what caused it probably?

was reading in a US newspaper today about how two young white males with ski masks on and hoodies..went into the home of a father and his son while they were cooking dinner and told them to get down on the ground..and pointed guns at them...when the father wouldnt comply and instead asked them to leave the house..they shot him dead and ran away.

what makes people become this way? and what is their thinking like? (I was thinking since it is close to Halloween..that this is why they dressed up as the guy "jason" in the scary movies shown by Hollywood? why they would find this kind of amusement ?

There are many different reasons. However one of the main reasons that people turn into not very nice people is often (but not always) down to they way they were brought up by their parents. When parents don't teach their children right from wrong or are violent in front of their children, or are nasty to others in front of their children, it can sadly mean that their children grow up to become like their parents. Also sometimes children can get mixed up with the wrong crowd at school or end up in a gang and this can change them for the worst. Then these children grow up, become adults themselves, they have children and the cycle begins again. So what is the root cause of this? It is often poverty. People who come from poor backgrounds are much more likely to end up involved in crime than somebody who comes from a well heeled background. Abolish poverty, unfairness in society and the exploitation of the poor and a lot of these things wont happen as often

I think how they are raised has something to do with it. A while back there was a story in my town about 2 black teenage males who robbed and killed two young men standing in front of their Christian music studio. They only got 3 dollars out of them. In a jailhouse interview a reporter interviewed one of the suspects. He said that he had no pity for the victims. He said that he and his cousin rode the train up north to "look for some rich white people to rob."



But here in the US, sometimes the home invaders are the ones who get killed because law abiding citizens are allowed to own guns.

Not that that story isnt bad. These guys broke in, beat everyone, forced them to get money out of an atm, in exchange for letting them go. They got the money, raped the mother and daughters. The father escaped, to call the police. The criminals then bleached everything, then set the house and people inside on fire, by pouring gasoline (petrol) on them and the beds they were tied to. they beat the father with a baseball bat too, before he could escape.



Also, Jason, wore a hockey mask
