It would seem to belong to communities where infection is not under control.
But if not dying, certainly putting the health of others in the nhs and elsewhere, at risk\not to mention the draining of nhs resources as these cases are self inflicted due to poor judgement in many cases.
We get told frequently how BAME people are more susceptible to the disease, and how they put themselves at risk in the nhs, taxi driving, etc
Yet time after time we see that there are whole communities ignoring guidance on Covid prevention and engaging in large gatherings, be they funerals (attended by a labour mp in one case), street barbecues, etc
But when locked down to prevent the disease spreading to other areas, the race card is played.
It seems that some people believe they are so special (thanks to decades of pandering by the left) that they can do whatever they like, no matter who suffers as a result.
The repatriation of thousands from Pakistan a few months ago introduced a large number of cases, do you think for one minute they self isolated on return?
