I certainly wont be eating an extra cheeseburger

I think most people can workout how much they can eat without putting weight on, I know if I had another 400 calories per day I would start to gain

Well, I ain't eaten all day (apart from stealing some chips off my brothers plate) so I'm gonna have a curry to celebrate this news. Veggie Rogan Josh with mushroom pilau rice :D hom!

I think it's pretty bad to say that because those who sit on their bums & don't do anything aren't gonna burn any calories off so will just pile the weight on.

Also... I think some people put weight on more easily than others. My brother & his friend are over 6ft tall & both are ridiculously skinny. They both eat & eat & eat. My brother will get through at least half a loaf of bread a day & is trying his hardest to put on weight but with no luck.

Then theres people who just can't lose weight.

That basically means I'm not over eating too much in a day now. I couldn't really give too much care to how many calories I eat, as long as i'm enjoying it. Though I could throw in an extra bar of chocolate or two.

I certainly don't need to eat another 400 calories. I could do with 400 calories less a day. That article is only going to encourage those over weight to eat more.

According to my height and weight I'm only supposed to eat 1500 cals anyway so that's over 25% more I can eat.

I've no idea how many calories I eat per day but it's more than 1500.

As I am one of those who only has to read a menu to put on weight I shall ignore this latest edict. They'll contradict it next week anyway.

by eating more junk!! yay!!

I think by now I know what to eat and that eating too much puts weight on, and obviously if you exercise you can eat more.
