That is ironic..but glad the dog survived as it was an innocent party.
This addiction to texting and tweeting is beyond me....can't people just wait a few minutes to drive somewhere then park and then if they just can't bear to not be in contact to yak about some nonsensical thing, then text.
Our society is really bizarre now days.

i take it very seriously!
tweeting is more dangerous while driving than talking on the phone.
people do the dumbest things while driving.
however i admit trying to change the radio channel and caught myself drifting into the other lane.
and i do sometimes eat at stop lights.
but usually when im on the phone i pull over, or i tell them i will call back and wait till i can stop.
its almost suicide to drive with a cell phone,
and if someone gets in an accident, there could be loss of life too as well and civil if not criminal litigation

Oh my God. I'm glad the dog lived. It's not his fault his "highly educated" master is or was an ***. Come on people, how can you not consider talking on a cell phone or texting a major risk while driving? Where has common sense gone these days? If someone I loved was injured or killed by some irresponsible person doing something like that - I would be getting me one smart lawyer and taking their house, their car and all their future earnings and I wouldn't think twice about it.
